Property Description:

Our welcoming Victorian house in Swindon’s Old Town is comfortable and spacious. There are two double bedrooms (one en-suite), and two singles, each of which can take an additional folding bed, so we can sleep up to eight adults and children at a pinch. We also offer a travel cot and other baby gear, at no extra charge.

Downstairs features a family bathroom with a bath and shower, utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a large, well-equipped, open-plan kitchen. The woodburning stove adds warmth in colder months, complementing the traditional open fire in the lounge. There is also gas central heating throughout the house.

The lounge offers a cosy setting with a small dining or work table, a comfortable three-piece suite, and entertainment options like Freeview TV, DVD player, with family friendly films, games, books, local guides and maps.

From the kitchen (or from the garage), step into the bright conservatory with a wooden floor reclaimed from an old gymnasium. The conservatory doubles as a dining room with a big wooden table, eight sturdy chairs, and additional seating. It opens to a private, secure, spacious garden. A small summer house stores garden furniture, barbecue gear, and a few garden toys. A locked shed stores garden tools and equipment.

Our peaceful Victorian retreat is strategically positioned to explore Swindon and the remarkable destinations that surround it.
